Three Major Muscle Groups

While in reality there are far more than three muscle groups, I will simplify them down and grouping them into three "major" catagories. These include Upper Body, Leg, and Core. While these three categories simplify the very complex network of muscles within the our bodies, they serve as a useful starting point for understanding major muscle groups. Each one of these three simplified muscle groups have a multitude of muscles working together. I will be sharing three workouts to work each of the three major muscle groupings.
